warranty & return policy

Replacement, Exchange or Refund policy is applicable only for the products which have warranty on website. We can Replace, Exchange or Refund if the product is damaged but the customer needs to raise a complaint within 24hrs from the delivery date. No refund or exchange will be given if the product has no issues like damage or technical issues. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any refund will be processed only for actual product price. Delivery charges and processing fee, if any, will not be refunded.

The Following Conditions are not Acceptable for Return, Warranty and Replacement

Any physical damage

In invoice not indicated warranty period

Items which are missing the manufacturer label containing model number and part number

Items which are missing the manufacturer warranty label

Items which are missing parts, box, headphones or any other accessories from the original box

Returned without original invoice

Items which are not satisfying manufacturer warranty policy

Items which are not satisfying Standard Return Policy

Laptops and Netbooks models which are coming with original Windows or any other software, after using them, activating or starting software cannot be returned or replaced

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
